That’s why we offer a complete range of fertility and breeding services designed to give your breeding program the very best start. From ultrasound pregnancy scans and ovulation cytology to semen checks, microchipping, and whelping support, we provide expert care with a personal touch.

We offer a mobile service to ensure the bitch remains comfortable and relaxed, helping minimise stress by avoiding unnecessary travel. We charge a small door to door fee of 50p a mile.

Animals have always been at the heart of Diana's life. With many years of experience owning, breeding, showing and judging Irish Setters, Diana developed a deep understanding and passion for canine health, care, and breeding excellence. Diana's background extends beyond dogs — and she also spent a lifetime working with animals, including the care, wellness and foaling of racehorses, which has given Diana a strong foundation in animal reproduction and nurturing new life. At K9 Puppy Love Fertility, Diana's brings together this wealth of knowledge, experience and genuine love for animals to provide every client with compassionate, professional fertility support and guidance.

Ovulation Cytology
Vaginal cytology is a gentle, non-invasive way to determine the stages of the estrous cycle and estimate the time of ovulation by examining the epithelial cells under the microscope. By identifying the changes of proestrus, estrus, or diestrus we can guide you when she’s ready to ovulate and advise when it’s the best time for breeding. It’s quick, safe, and helps improve the chances of a successful mating.
Microchipping
At K9 Puppy Love, We provide quick and safe microchipping for both dogs and cats. A tiny chip placed under your pet’s skin gives them a permanent form of ID, helping ensure they can be reunited with you if they ever go missing. Microchipping is also a legal requirement, and we make the process simple—from implanting the chip to guiding you through registration. K9 Puppy Love is here to help keep your pets safe, protected, and fully compliant.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound is a safe and gentle way to confirm and monitor your bitch's pregnancy. From about 25 days after mating, it allows us to see the developing puppies, check their heartbeats, and make sure everything is progressing normally. It doesn’t use any radiation, so it’s completely safe for both the mother and her pups. Ultrasound helps us track your dog’s health, detect any issues early, and give you the best guidance for a smooth, healthy pregnancy and whelping.
Whelping
Whelping is a special and important time for both you and your bitch. With the right knowledge and calm preparation, you can support her confidently through every stage of the process. Our whelping guidance helps you understand what to expect, recognize what’s normal, and know when extra support is needed. Semen Collection
Semen collection is a simple, stress-free procedure to help with breeding. Once collected, the semen is checked under a microscope to assess sperm count, movement, and overall health. Once the semen has been checked it can be used immediately or safely chilled or frozen (using a specialised company for frozen semen) for later use. It can also be shipped using temperature-controlled containers.
Reiki for Animals
Animal Reiki for Dogs is a gentle, non-invasive healing service that supports your dog’s physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Sessions help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance in a calm, loving environment. Guided by your dog’s comfort and choice, to naturally support your dog’s healing and overall wellness.
